If you booked your flight through qantas.com or through the Qantas mobile application then you will be eligible to cancel your flight online through the same platform by just login into your account select “Manage my bookings”.

To check-in directly at the airport, you need to arrive at the airport 2 hours prior to the departure of your flight. If you are required any assistance from the airline’s executive then you should spare additional time prior to the boarding of your flight.
